    I can't make any money with this app and I'm shocked if they'll ever get another sucker to start. To schedule shifts you have to sign up before everyone else and if you aren't either a top dasher or have early access to scheduling then you just don't get any shifts. I got a shift finally and worked for 4 hours the other day and got one order. When I talked to support they didn't have any idea how to respond because it's a problem with allowing too many drivers in an area.

    I am unable to call or text any customers with the number provided on the account. I never had that issue until after this last update..Anybody else have a problem with that? Lastly, you should send a few disclaimers to customers informing them 1 to stay in doors if they request a no-contact delivery. No dasher wants to be rushed and 2. (animal lover here) but if they can be reminded to keep their dogs inside that would be much appreciated. Strangers can alarm them and injure the driver.

    App is very glitchy. On numerous occasions I have had to contact support to update delivery payment because the app refuses to do so. It happens so often that I question the integrity of the business and CEO. There are other platforms using similar apps, why is this one so terrible. Sometimes, delivery information won't appear quick enough and you miss an opportunity, or it will cancel an order without telling you, or it will just not pay you at all. Very disgruntled.

    THIS APP IS HORRIBLE!!! Two orders back to back had issues. First one wouldn't let me select deliver complete although I completed it. On phone with tech support for an hour and they had to manually close it out. 2nd orde I arrived to pick up wouldn't let me initiate pick up although I had the order. Was in route to drop off and app completely shut down.i had customer apartment address but no number. Tech support for 30 minutes almost to drop off said to return to store. FIX THE APP ASAP!

    Most of it works really well but many times I've hit the Navigate button for it to only take me to the wrong side of town 10-15 minutes away from where I'm supposed to be, killing my time. I use other apps like Instacart and it works just fine. Fair warning to anyone signing up, out the address directly into your GPS app, don't hit the Navigate button!

    When I first started using this app I could message customers to give them updates on their orders now I can't. I have tried re-install and reboot and clearing cache but nothing works. Also I am unable to take a photo on where I left their order after they choose to hand it to them and then wrote leave it at the door. I have contacted support and asked in Facebook groups what to do and nothing helps. So frustrating.
