  Used to like this a lot, but a major annoyance is that if you're trying to transfer money & it needs an SMS confirmation... the act of swapping to view the SMS closes out of the process and you can't then enter the confirmation code, so I can't actually process payments that needs SMS confirmation from inside the app on the same phone.

  Worst banking app I've seen in ages. Looks like a badly programmed website squeezed into an app. It's very slow, has trouble logging in, and the bottom row items go off screen, plus there appears to be one missing. By comparison, the ANZ and BankAust apps work just fine. (Using a OnePlus5T, on stock Android 10)

  Have had the app for over a year. Worked perfectly. Then yesterday it auto closes everytime I try to login. Still doing it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Didn't help. If it doesn't improve soon I'll change banks.. Ok update. I turned on location on my phone and it worked. Hope this helps someone else. 5 stars again

  Registered then tried to login again and couldn't, would be helpful if you said which bloody part was supposed to be wrong. Do I have to fill out 3 areas just to see my balance? ANZ and Hertitage s**t all over this app. Also said it was sending details to an old email address, not very helpful when it's no longer valid and it doesn't ask if this address is where you want it sent, haven't had that email for years.

  All of a sudden my "phone" does not support quick login. I've been using this app for years and it's always crashed but I've dealt with it. But to remove quick login, what a joke.

  Used to find this app very useful for checking accounts and very quick transfers. However the new update had made it a complete pain to deal with now. I understand the reasoning behind the biometric security but to have no way to option out of it and still use the app is not use friendly. Especially an issue for myself as my local branch has also closed down and have no other way of banking. Big fail and will now be looking elsewhere.
