    The new app looks really nice and I like all of the options it has. It's great. But wow is it so slow. It takes forever to just login and then it's really slow to get to your accounts. I known its brand new but I hope it's not permanently like this. Edit: app has been updated internally and now works quite a bit faster. Seems to be mostly fixed. Thanks Synovus!

    Had to wait a long time, but Synovus finally fixed the issue. Please fix! I have not been able to view account details since before Thanksgiving. Just did an update thinking that would fix the problem, but no. Still no account access and the app freezes up. 12/28/18 Still not working! I've called and spoke with customer service who said they would put in a ticket and call me back and let me know. Still waiting on a call back ..... may have to find another bank.

    Mobile deposits need work. Cannot find/read the requirements until the last step of submitting. So I have to take pics, *find* the phrase I need to write under my endorsement (buried under legalese and *not* bold of highlighted in any way), then cancel out & retake the photos after I write the memo. The terms talk about picture quality/ right to reject the submission, but after you take the photo, the "use" (photo) prompt covers the thumbnail & after accepting I can't preview the pics beforehand

    The direct deposit feature is so unstable. One month it works, the next it doesn't. Hence why I keep changing my review. At first, customer service said I needed a more up to date phone. I bought an entirely new up to date phone with fingerprint sign on, and everytime I try to deposit a check it kicks me out to the sign on screen. Do I have to keep buying new phones just for this feature to work? At this point, I know it's a problem with the app. And now I cannot deposit any checks!

    Helpful monitoring daily balances. Graphics make things easy to see. Mobile deposit is bad. Take image function works half the time on the same image. Edited: 12/8/2020 Just attempted to deposit three checks through mobile deposit. All three had MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY written on the back in the endorsement line. The first two went through fine. The third failed because, according to the app, it wasn't properly endorsed. ????

    Taking pictures for mobile deposit is not easy to use. It is clunky and when asked to turn over the check the button to take the picture disappear. I had to take the picture or attempt to take the picture several times before it worked.
