I manage a storage facility. I have noticed longer load times lately in general or it not working properly on IPhones. Please check into this. When it is working it is great. Upgraded to s22 ultra, app is not letting me log in and cannot recover password.

Used to work good, now just blank screens I don't know what happened, but all of a sudden the app doesn't load and just has blank white pages on all tabs and won't access anything. Used to work great.. but now its garbage

Just updated and IT STILL DOESN'T WORK. What kind of incompetent morons are working on this? If you're able to type your email into the password reset field without it timing out and sending you back to the first screen, it does text you and send an email with a new password, BUT THE NEW PASSWORD DOESN'T WORK.

The app is messed up right now. Yesterday it was just fine, now it is snowing that I have two different units, 1905 and 1735. I am only renting one unit 1735, and have only had one unit. Also the app shows the old unit and my phone number as the keypad access, and not what it is supposed to be. Pleasse fix it?

App broken. Enrollment process yields the valuable message that "Oops Something goes wrong please try after some time." That was two weeks ago and today we get the same message. And then you have to hand over your phone to the vendor to input some security code. Whatever the developer is charging for this is too much. Just start over.

App has connected an unknown storage unit that doesn't belong to me to my account. Storage facility blames app, says the second unit is not really connected to my account or unit.
