  Can not hear 9/10 times it's so expensive but can never hear anything spend the whole time trying to hear each other or having to repeat what we said and not to mention it's 9$ for 25 minutes and 4$ for 10 minutes it's crazy they should update and fix there apps.   easy to use when it works, app haven't worked in over 2 weeks. Contacted support twice, which you can only do through email. It has been a week, no one got back with me haven't seen my loved on going on 3 weeks because the app crashes. Should also have a website that you can go to when the app is glitchy.

  For everyone having a problem with this app,make sure you go into your app settings and give permission for your camera and microphone,the first time I had problems but have done a few after and have had some minor issues like slow or losing sound for a few sec, but it works..Hope this helps..

  Today was my scheduled visit. I am extremely disappointed in this app. This visit didn't happen. There was a glitch that kept flashing error try again later in which it finally fixed itself hours later. I tried calling to request a refund. The gentleman who answered the phone transferred me to another line where I waited for 1 hour 30 minutes for someone to answer.......I finally hung up. There is no one who would help me. Ridiculous customer service!!!!

  This app is the worse. This is the only way to visit and a lot of the time my loved one cant hear what im saying. The app kept kicking me out and i had to keep signing back in. Luckily i was able to continue the visit each time i had to log back in. I dont know if this implies to anyone else but the camera is off centered, voices echo even with headphones.

  The video quality is bad, there is a serious lag in the voice and sometimes the video freezes. I just recently switched to iOS and this app is not available on iOS so i have to keep an Android phone so I can use this app to visit my loved one...
