    Very poor service. They give the connection by making a wrong commitment and then say that the staff who had made the commitment has gone, what to do now, then by putting the number on the IVR, they torture by making 50 calls a day. The helpline number lady says that you should supply the router to us yourself and then the calls will stop. It seems as i have committed a sin by taking a connection from them. I am ashamed of myself for choosing this when there were so many options.

    I'm posting a new review of the Excital service. It's been over four months since I terminated my connection and I'm still waiting to get back my security deposit. Initially, they said I would receive a refund within two months after I submitted the router, which I did the next day. Now, it has been four months since I submitted the router. Every time I contact customer care, they tell me the same thing, that they've put my ticket (13554260) on priority. This is the worst customer service exper

    Pathetic Customer Care team They are not able to resolve the issues, instead just keep repeating standard script of asking to restart the router and asking for color of lights router is showing and later blame it on router instead of resolving the technical issue. A big no no recommendation. Update as 14/11/2023 Services have become more pathetic with unprofessional ground team, customer service representative and social media team, I wish I could reduce the rating to zero stars.
