  I created a profile(twice) and filled in the details and then after an hour or so I can't login. It's not even recognising my username or registered email address! I can't even reset the password as details not recognised as if they don't exist! Shows mostly users from India! you cant msg without upgrading anyway.

  Used for 5 minutes and drove me crazy app is so slow and buggy and so many pop ups between each profile. Don't even bother you'll spend longer trying to fill out your profile than you will on the app. This is literally the worst app I have ever downloaded.

  Total waste of money, Fraudsters, Paid ₹7486 for Premium Gold account. App gets freeze, UI of the app is worst. 24×7 help isn't working in app, most of the profiles not showing Profile picture even though you paid. Half of the profiles are either already married or divorced. I need refund I'm not able to contact your support team. Worst experience. This is totally scam in the name of matchmaking.

  Lags so much, unable to use easily. No proper response from the team, they will only call when your subcription is going to expire otherwise they don't even care your feedback at all. Totally waste of time and waste of money. Don't go for it. Better search any other alternatives.

  Very very worst app. They didn't send which states Or which district pair we want to see. They send other states which is not useful for us. They are not send near by matches also. Customer service also very bad. We couldnt see new pair details only old details show again and again. New members plz don't pay and don't waste ur money

  They will call all day for the payment to upgrade. When we pay after. Then they will not give any attention for our complaints and queries. No response from head office too. I mailed with all these complaints to the head office. Almost a month over. Still no call back. Poor and pathetic experience. Please don't pay.
