  T-Mobile fixed the app with my phone. If it doesn't work it is buggy, use the MetroPCS Visual Voicemail app. The MetroPCS Visual Voicemail app is the old T-Mobile Visual Voicemail app! This version won't play VV via Bluetooth. Hopefully T-Mobile will fix it and not break it again.....Thanks to Reddit for the MetroPCS workaround.

  Whatever you did undo it. My app was working fine then all of a sudden it stopped. About to uninstall it and go with something else. Don't have the patience for this to be acting this way. Fix the app I will give better rating but its always had some sort of problem that's fixed then it stops working afterwards. Please fix the app. Worked great until whatever update came through.

  I have it installed, but I can't get it to set up. It always says to check my internet (my service is full bars and wifi is always working at home). I still can't get it to set up. I have to call for voicemail. I'm glad Sprint went to Tmobile stuff because obviously the apps, etc, aren't working.

  could not get visual voicemail to work once it stopped a few months ago. I had to deactivate the scam shield. I actually just Uninstalled scam shield and visual voicemail. then reinstalled visual voicemail. I checked the settings bars at the top left of voicemail app first to make sure premium was added to my account. first try it said bad internet connection I hit retry and it went thru. then tapped send as sms to phone. you can have voicemails sent as email too. shut off the scam shield first!

  This app is useless. It no longer transcribes voice-mails, and even when it did, the transcriptions were awful. Even bothering to download this app is a waste of your time.
