  The app is poorly put together and not user friendly. Trying to update my account information and it wouldn't allow me to update. Then, I attempted to cancel my subscription, and that doesn't work either. Sent an email for them to contact me.

  Update: it's fixed! Thank you! "Won" a free 3 months for the grand opening in Menifee however the app keeps telling me, "Whoops something went wrong please try again later." So I can't even use it... Please fix your app. Would love to use your service if it would let me. I'm using the Droid S7 Edge if that helps your IT guys.

  I don't care for their business model. You need to install the app, open an account, provide personally information, add a vehicle to the account and provide billing info BEFORE you can get any pricing info. Then their policy states the prices vary, depending on the location you use. A visit to my local carwash to talk to a human, resulted in my being treated very rudely. Though there is a link in the app to delete your account info, it does nothing. I'll take my business elsewhere, thank you.

  If I could give it less stars I would. My car got scratched from plastic off another car bouncing in the buffer, now they say it came off the car behind me and n very touched my car..I watched the whole thing happen. Just them covering their butts so they don't have to fix a costumer's car..I call BS and very poor customer service. The top of my car did not have scratches on till that happened, I heard voice around and watched it fly off. They need to grow a pair and take responsibility!!!!!!!!!

  Doesn't hold my info. I bought a car wash yesterday at a new location in MN. After purchasing, the employee said that I get free washes for a month. All I have to do is upload the *app* and use this QCode on this receipt. I downloaded the app, scanned the code, and put in all my info. Then the app took a dead end and so I backed out for lack of options and everything lost. Redid the process 2x and came up w same results. App doesn't keep ANY of my info. Useless for MotoZ2 Play...
