  I factory reset my phone. I am trying to get my pingid app to authenticate with my laptop again. It says enter a one time passcode which I bypassed because I thought I could verify it thru my original email. However this wouldn't work and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a kabillion times and it won't generate another passcode. It goes directly to me verifying by entering the email code that doesn't work. I need to get into my system this is for WORK

  When opening the app the mobile network is getting disabled automatically and connecting after few seconds. Keep on repeating the same everytime when I open the app. Also my mobile internet speed is suppressed after installing this app. It's disappointing all the time. Please work on this issue and do the fix soon.

  I used to get a notification for authorization that I could just tap approve on. Now it is making me open the app and manually type codes. This is time consuming and often doesn't work as I use this app for access to other apps for work. So having to close the app I'm trying to access, open this one, close it and open the other one while remembering the code is just too much hassle. Please bring back the notification for approval. It was a lot easier.

  Sometimes a prompt notificatiom simply never appears. Even going into the app does not show it. Only when re-triggering it in the login flow it finally appears. When you click ANYTHING else other than the notification, its gone and never returns, e.g. going into the app instead of clicking the notification - its simply gone.

I have a ttec email.but we are in a department that doesn't use the ttec email. So help. Use that s app to sync when th ttec glad bal.protection site to clock in and out due Ng my shift.
