  Not so much the App as the service. Support has stopped responding since the Apple update or they just refer you to their post. They are very prompt on billing you though, despite offering half the service of what you pay for.

  The customer service is the worst! There's no number to call. And when you email you get little to no response as if they don't give a flying *%#* simple issues take a week just to get on response. If this is the service I continue to get I'll never go through good barber again and make sure none of my friends do either.

  It's great to view your app, but occasionally the wrong app will open. The biggest problem I have is that the support tab, once I try to open a support thread to see a response the app freezes and I have to close it to do anything again.
