  I love how I can use the app to send money to any remittance center BUT I've uninstalled and reinstalled it many times already. The app suddenly stops working and tells you either you have problem with your internet or you have to update but there is no update available! It only gets fixed when I uninstall and reinstall. If this was because of an update, why can't you be like any other apps where they show the update button without the need to uninstall and reinstall? It's such a hassle!

  I've been using this app for a year or two. It has been very helpful and now I'm having an issue. I guess it's unfair to give 1 star just because I have this issue right now. I just used 2 phone and now I'm having an error saying I need to remove one of my registered device. I guess what happened was I installed and uninstalled the app few time the reason why i'm having an error. But how am I supposed to De-Register a phone if I can't Log In on both device I registered before? Email sent also

  Not a user friendly app. It took me 10 tries before I could get a successful transaction because it kept saying that my session expired. I tried waiting 10 sec to 5 minutes to 1 hour but it all says the same thing. I hope the developers could fix this problem. Its important for us to be able to use this application for ease of transaction during this pandemic. To answer your reply. I already did that. Uninstalling then re installing the app. Same problem.

  One of the worst mobile banking apps. 1. It keeps saying "session expired" 2. I didn't received OTP on time, i need to click resend several times. 3. And finally the worst thing is you cannot add your own account and other account right at the momen to send money. I waited for several days for the approval, but holy cow!!!! I need to call the customer service so that they can verify my transaction online.... what's the use of Mobile Apps if you still need to call their customer service.

  Session expired or session conflict keeps on appearing especially when I'm in the middle of a transaction. It was the first I have experienced this kind of dilemma. What seems to be the problem? I even tried uninstalling-installing the app, restarting my phone, closing other apps. Still, no success in making a transaction.

  April 4, 2018 Encountering error as rooted phone but actually not. Should have been tested fully before releasing App to public. Disappointing! Called customer service but just went through standard spiel as if error encountered/reported for the first time. Looking forward to real solution soon. App Uninstalled! Oct 25, 2019 After installing the latest update - Oct 23, 2019, encountering error (again) as rooted phone. Kindly fix asap.
