  very frustrating on some TVs it is impossible to use because of the difficulty in trying to enter in the password and then the password doesn't work. And then when you ask for a reset, it asks you to enter in the password to change password. Stupid.

  Keeps buffering and then when it plays the picture won't stop randomly pausing and the the sound is off from the picture. Nothing fixes this and it's driving me so nuts that I can't even make it through any more episode and I'm gonna have to uninstall the app. At this point its pretty much usless and just takes up space

  often requires us to sign in, and often doesn't work. love the info and the prigraming, but the app not working is frustrating. please look into tge sign in issue. have talked to friends and they experience the same issues wnd have stopped using it because it's too much to deal with signing in every time. thanks.

  the new black background makes it hard to see what I'm looking for, no sports are available on the new black....except for Music and the Spoken Word, I've quit frustrating myself trying to find anything! Conference is nice, but closed captioning would be nice too, it's difficult to understand some of the speeches! "On further review" since when does BYUtv need us to sign in every time we want to watch? It's a pain in the butt and if not for Conference and soccer (some) BYU TV would be useless!

  Freezes, and it doesn't open Sports programs... this weekend I wanted and tried to watch the volleyball tournament but rec'd the BYUTV logo or the circle of death. I re-installed the app 3x after un-installing it... Disappointing!!!

  This app works fine and is easy to use but the casting NEVER works for me. If I watch it without casting it works. As soon as I cast it, it starts loading for 10 minutes and then goes back to the home page. Really would like to see that improve and I would use it alot more
