App does not work with Android 14 just keeps asking me to pair an already paired speaker and if you select to pair it then un pairs the current connection and doesn't see the speaker anymore. Update on the 10th of Jan supposedly to fix the bugs but the app still does not work when trying to connect to the Willen speaker, as before asks to pair pairs via Bluetooth and then the app disconnects the speaker and asks to connect again and just cycles this over and over.

App works great. Took a moment for the permissions' popup for bluetooth connection to appear, but paired perfectly afterward. Sound on these Minor IIIs is gorgeous.

When I try to connect with my s23 ultra mode 2. I have a problem. In phones Bluetooth settings everithing is ok but when I want to access settings in marshall app I am facing a problem, app want to connect again but with mode (LE) and connect is failing. I was using this buds on my previous huawei p30 pro phone with no issues. In the app i want to turn of touch controls 'cos I don't need them and I don't like that option, but I'm not able to do that

Absolute trash, both the earphones and the app that isn't even compatible with the earphones. Not to mention they randomly stop making sound or unpair with the phone.

Bought 2 x Woburn II. Experiencing app bugs long reported/ignored. When you reconnect you must mess about decouple/recouple speakers or the sound cuts in/out. Resets volume. Resets EQ, and you cannot save EQ's. Daily frustrating. Speakers great, app frustrating. Customer service cannot help as long term app faults. Would not buy marshall again, in fact just bought 3xBang Olufsen for back room instead

Worst piece of software or hardware I ever owned. I have the Minor III and a Google Pixel phone, so pretty vanilla Android and connecting the buds to Android works but as soon as I try to add them in the app it disconnects and deletes the connection in the BT settings. So no OTA updates for me, no equalizer and sometimes disconnecting headphones. My advice: take a huge leap around Marshall headphones. Expensive not well built product and even poorer app.
