  Installed yesterday and it worked. It synced with the car today. Then, all of the sudden, I can't log in into the app anymore. I receive an expired certificate message telling me that for security reasons my account has been disconnected and that I should update my application. I can't update as I'm already on the latest version. I killed it and reopened it. Same result. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same result. Changed password. Same result. I'm locked out of it

  About as useful as a chocolate fireman. The functions in the app for petrol car are limited to start with but the app basically never connects to the car, so all the other functions are useless. You can't see where you've parked it, because the last connection wasn't when you last drove it. It can't monitor maintenance intervals because the milage is not registered correctly because, you guessed it - it hasn't been connected. The service manual and dealer locations are useful though.

  Really poor in terms of reliability... As others have said, sometimes it works, but more frequently it doesn't. Having not updated anything for three months, I decided to uninstall and reinstall. Lost all data because the app wouldn't let me export.... App now working, but bizarrely, it records start and finish times an hour behind actual time! Car's on-board time is correct, as is the phone time. Time PSA got someone other than the work experience boy or onto developing and maintaining the app

  Update October 20. Now I have a new Android 11 based phone, connecting to the car is difficult again. I have found I need to turn the ignition on and edit until the ready to connect notification appears then switch off the ignition for a few seconds and switch it back on before the car will connect. The phone and care connect by Bluetooth fine, just the app struggles still.

  USELESS! The phone/car are talking to each other via BT fine, but the App just doesn't integrate AT ALL! No info about car sent to App! Pretty typical of Citroen support really, great cars, hopeless support! Update. After several hours of driving, it decided to start syncing with the car and all the data is now available! Now Citroen, if it takes time to establish the fully functional link with the car FFS TELL US that in the first place! If it's a bit of a flakey app, FIX IT, reviews have beem complaining about it for many weeks now! Either way NO EXCUSES, you are just treating your customers with contempt. I've upped my review from * to **, because it was still unusable to start with and I don't yet have faith in it continuing to work!

  Every update seems to make it worse. Journeys are still being shown in kilometres despite being annotated as miles. Now the latest version does not show proper addresses and has now inserted 'United Kingdom' into every address including historical ones. I have exported my data, deleted the app and reimported, but it makes no difference. You are well aware of these problems so the standard response is not required and I am at a loss to understand why it cannot be fixed.
