  So, the app says you can get the card shipped to a different address if you contact customer service. They refuse to ship the card to a different address without updating your address. They also hung up on me. Update, still unable to get the card shipped to a different address. If you travel, this is not the card for you. A QUICK UPDATE, never got resolved. Still unable to update my address. Original from 2022, and currently in 2024.

  The app itself is great, but just hope you never have to contact customer support for anything. It's been 24 hours since my debit card was charged for a purchase in which I never received my ltc, no refund, and still not even a response from support on the matter! Absolutely ridiculous!! *Update: day 3 with still no response, no ltc, and no refund!* if I could give zero stars I would!

  Was a great app when it worked. But recently I moved overseas from the US, and now I can't sign in via text verification. I'm essentially locked out of my account with NO access at all to my crypto purchases. No responses via email or on the AI chat assistant. Avoid this app at all costs, or you will lose your money.

  Installed, opened, blue screen forever. Close, reinstall, same. No way to open. Android 14. Update: It worked on an old phone, maybe it depends on the android version. Update: card is cool, but it doesn't always work, and the support is non-existent: still waiting for the first reply after 2 days.

  This app is a very useless app. It's a scam app, I read all the reviews here and not one of them were good, I sincerely do not know why I foolishly went ahead to download this app. I downloaded this scam app on my phone signed up and transferred 500 Canadian Dollars from my bank to the app, the transfer was fast little did I know that this guys were fraudsters. It was fast because they needed it that way in order for them to quickly steal your money. Immediately I bought Bitcoins they locked it.
