The game's player base is dying as the developer tries to focus on a broken and imbalanced PVP system. Support for issues is mostly automated and a joke. Every update breaks the game (examples : your ships become trapped in instances, or ships ghost when they are killed).

  This has the potential to be an amazingly good game to play. Unfortunately, I have had this for about 2 to 3 weeks now, and this thing has crashed on me around 15 times during the first 2 weeks, and then just today alone it has crashed now about 12 times. I. FIX YOUR GAME. I would love to play the game today before all the money I just spent to get where I am will be wiped out since your game is loading to 70% and stops loading everything and can't get on the game!!!!!!

  Finally I can open the app after the updates, the game always freeze me leaving a blank screen, game is fun though but seriously most of the things that are for sale are extremely expensive like seriously, drop it a bit so people will spend money on it. The price was insane!

  I've been playing this game for 4 years now. And a few times, I have considered quitting except for the people in my alliance. They kept me going and kept the game fun. But scopely has done another update that forces pvp. I enjoyed the game because there were so many different play styles, and I liked the options. But forcing pvp really changes everything. Despite the money I've sunk in game, I hope the developers all forever step on Legos.

  Good concept ,but full of bugs ,some of which are 4 or 5 years old still. Instead of fixing it, they just add more content which compounds the bugs. it's a P2W game. So no progress without Paying, Scopley have been notified of a cheater on my server EU125 using an automated BOT to play the game , and sent all the details needed to watch and see for them selves , but won't remove the player for cheating, which is listed in the terms of service , and scopleys own fair play and conduct rules .

  Wow, thanks for the update scopely! You changed the notification tone on my phone with no options to change it back, or to anything at all. Love that *sarcasm*. Also, why aren't there any options to opt out of pvp for players who enjoy pve more? Seems counterintuitive and excludes a potentially large customer group.
