  The app crashes packs are bad the devs dont do anything to help you. They are constantly releasing new things it's a money hungry game like ms or gow enjoy being zerod quickly it's a dieing game. They copy and pasting replies back to you instead of replying the right way. The biggest thing is they took away monsters that helped with speeds and gold on game cause there extremely greedy pieces of garbage. And worst go look at the packs $99 for 300k gold. You can't even keep shielded from people

  The game isn't bad at all it's the developers that has no clue about their own jobs that's why they have to merge every 30 to 60 days and make new kingdoms once a month. in general let me explain 362 days for one research that's including using the gear that I had purchased just for it, are you insane. building upgrades are you serious 6 months and that's with using the gear that I had purchased. Obviously it's the developers job that needs to be looked at maybe they need to be a coffee boy

  Love the game ! Since getting a new phone I can't log into my account because the games frozen, after repeated attempts of installing and uninstalling, contacting the devs and even Google with no solution to problem it's time to give up don't spend any money on this game or ypu will lose it

  Beware this game is now catering for large strongholds and spenders. The last event update increased the cost for low stronghold by over 3 times while reducing the cost for larger strongholds by 1/5. It is now cheaper for them to complete an event than for a small player. Their customer service is also abyssmal with only generic replies that don't address issues raised.

  No customer support. I have been trying for 3 days to get ahold of someone about my account. I spent $100 just to lose the account and have been unable to retrieve the account. Talk about wasting money, only this feels more like being stolen from. Have sent multiple messages trying to talk to someone about retrieving my account and still no reply. Next course of action will be reporting it to Google Play as a scam.
