  Does not take into account Sunday parking rates! Very poor! I was charged £4.75 which is the Monday to Saturday rate. I used the car park on a Bank Holiday when the rate per the tariff displayed is £2.50. The app must be amended as it is clearly incorrect and charging too much.

  Worst app ever, used it successfully several years ago but in the meantime they managed to break literally everything about this app. It forgets logins, payment doesn't work, gps doesn't work - nothing works! If payment works I get double charged, it's almost funny at this point. Same credit card works literally everywhere else and gps works flawlessly in every other app on my phone. Not sure how you can ruin an app so badly but paybyphone succeeded to run it into the ground entirely.

  Convient way to pay to avoid having to dig for loose change. Would like to see a feature that allows you to check out when done to avoid unnecessary notifications after you have left the parking area. Additionally, I feel like it would be better to allow individuals to pay in 15 minute increments rather than a full hour, particularly for those who know it's going to be a quick trip. Unsure if this is specific to location, so I did not factor it into my rating.

  what an absolute scam. they charge you just their fee for a FREE Parking on a Sunday. instead of telling you the parking is free, the app pretends you still have to pay. what you pay is just the app's fee PER HOUR! Also, nowhere in the app it mentions that you have to pay extra to pay for the parking using the app.

  App does not accept my password, nor it allows me to reset it... all the bot instructions are useless, phone line number is automated and disconnects as 'app error occurred, good bye' which does not resolve an issue. If it works it's great, if they switch off your number for some bizarre reason then then there is no support whatsoever. I don't understand how this is still on the market with such bad costumer service...

  Gives the error "SocketTimeoutException". This error occured on my phone and my fiancée's phone. We had to park elsewhere, causing us to be late for a medical appointment. Hopefully we won't be fined for the time we spent parked trying to get this app to function correctly. Just another parking app that makes life harder than it was when we could just pay at a parking meter. Using an app shouldn't be a gamble, people shouldn't have to worry about a programming error causing parking fines.
