  When updated app and opened it I was asked to log in. When I did it gave me the message "Invalid State". Not sure what that meant. Pressed login again I was sent to the page to change my password. Did this twice, still can't login. What am I doing wrong? I already have a bunch of rewards points. Updated to a new phone. App works great now.

  I have already lost out on a reward because I get the runaround with the app/online ordering. I log in, created my order, try to claim rewards and pay, and a pop-up screen appears telling me to finish signing up. I sign out, go back to order. Try again. It has me logged in, yet I cannot get away from the pop-up screen that tells me to finish creating acct. When I do that, it tells me I already have an acct.

  A great functional app. It is one of the few restaurant apps which operates with ease. It is user-friendly and over the years its functionality has improved thanks to the attention paid to details by the designers who with each update ironed out some of the kinks which may existed years ago when the app was first created by Red Lobster

  Location services does not work. Staying in Myrtle Beach and searched for nearest location. It sent me to the location 17 miles and over 30 minutes away. Another location was only 6 miles. After spending over an hour and a half getting my food I wondered why it happened. Location on and everything but it continues to show im not where I am. Not my first issue. I once ordered from a city with the same name in another state because the app location service sucks. Sucks they can't fix it

  Do NOT install this new app they introduced this month if you have a phone more than a year old since you will be caught in a loop without being able to sign in to get credit or rewards. Uninstall or web access will not correct the problem and changing password won solve it. Red Lobster IT wrote me, but has not identified the problem or solution. UPDATE After 2 months RL replaced the App entirely with one that works.
