  Everything is way too expensive for whats promised. They want a ridicules weekly minimum and when you have an issue it's copy paste responses. It's exhausting really. Rarely get good leads. Can't pick and choose who reaches out. I put a budget and they send me and charge me for under budget requests. I don't have time to convince them otherwise. Again charge me anyway. And now they won't cancel my profile. And they keep taking money out for leads.

  This app cost to much u pay 30 dollars a month and pay like 20 to 40 bucks if the person messages u back and get the job That's crazy cost maybe offer a all in one package for the year or by the month don't charge people for every job charge them by the month or year because charging 40 dollars per job would be very expensive per year and am not sure I will continue if something doesn't change with the price.

  Very disappointed.They charged me for 2 leads.I txt the customers to see If they need my services and thumbtack charged me right away. Ridiculous.You need to charge a fee If the customer hires us and we get Paid. I would not recommend.I feel violated.Sneeky way to make money. I also felt like some of leads were fake, no response from customers???? Again very suspicious way to make money charging upfront.

  The fees are too high. They automatically charge you for ALL of the leads that match your preferences, which might be an issue if for whatever reason you can't do all of them, OR if someone out-bids you, OR if a customer simply decides to cancel their party or not book the same type of vendor. And they do not send every message to the customers. That being said, I have booked a lot of gigs through this app, but I just know that it should be four times that based on what I'm charged. Don't use!!
